Beef is sold by the Animal, 1/2, or Full Slab

We have a variety of cattle available for processing that are primarily grass fed. While these animals are pasture raised, they are fed hay and alfalfa during unfavorable weather. Additionally, as we like to keep our animals friendly, they are given treats to draw them to us for easy handling. 

If you prefer, we can finish out the animal of your choice prior to processing. While these animals will remain free to graze at pasture, they will receive an additional feed supplement prior to processing to increase their body fat content.
